On receipt of the papers referred to in section four, the registrar or clerk of the appropriate court shall set the matter down for hearing before the appropriate court and shall submit a notice of the date, time and place of the hearing to—6. Power of appropriate court in relation to application

A copy of every award made in terms of this Act shall be sent to the Master or other member of the Public Service responsible for the administration of the estate concerned for entry and filing, and a memorandum of the award shall be permanently annexed to the letters of administration, if any, under which the estate is being administered.16.
