1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Traditional Beer Act [Chapter 14:24].2. Interpretation

A person authorized or permitted to sell traditional beer in terms of this Act shall not be required to take out a licence under the Shop Licences Act [Chapter 14:17] in respect of the sale of traditional beer sold in terms of such authority or permit.13. Minister to be furnished with reports, etc.
