1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the Balance of Payments Reporting Act [Chapter 22:16].2. Interpretation

The Minister, on the recommendation of the Reserve Bank, may by notice in a statutory instrument declare that any class of transactions which, in his or her opinion, have or are likely to have an effect on the balance of payments of Zimbabwe shall be reportable transactions for the purposes of this Act.5.
